Hey I’m Dawn! I am experienced in Group Fitness, Step Aerobics, Zumba Basic, Toning, Sentao, Body Sculpt, Yoga, and Aerial Silks. I have been dancing for 13 years through high school and college productions and started my love of Zumba in January 2011. I had been struggling with weight loss and living a healthy lifestyle. All the workouts I was doing at the time were boring and didn’t seem to show me the results I desired until I found Zumba. Zumba changed my life for the better. I lost about 50-60lbs and felt better, had more energy, and zest for life.
We wanted to have a place where people could come and have fun with fitness like they were out “clubbing.” I always felt more comfortable working out in the low lighting especially when I was uncomfortable in my own skin. It made me feel less self conscience; therefore, I moved my body more.
In 2016 I found my love for Aerial Silks classes and in January of 2016 I became certified in teaching Aerial classes. I cannot wait to bring to you fun in fitness through flight, leaving you feeling longer stronger, and even taller (which is a big deal for me since I am only like 5 feet tall LOL)
