    “I have always tried to stay fit, but still found the couch calling after dinner more often than not. I joined the Zumba craze and enjoy classes 2 nights a week and as many Saturdays as possible. What a difference! I now have a hard time sitting still after dinner and am usually looking for something to do besides wasting my life away on the couch! It was intimidating to start, I’ve never been a dancer, but Jillian, you make it fun and easy to follow. I sweat more at Zumba than when I run! Thank you Jill!”  ~Julie
